Combine rolled oats and sunflower seeds.
In a small bowl stir Udos Ultimate Oil, nutritional yeast, Beyond Greens, maple syrup, lime zest and juice, lemon juice, miso, garlic, until well combined.
Spread granola evenly over a teflex sheet and dehydrate at 41oC during 12 - 24 hours, or until crispy.
If no dehydrator, it can be oven baked at 140oC for 10 minutes or until very lightly toasted.
Cool before serving or storing.
