Candied Pea Salad with Massaged Kale & Udo's Greens Granola
In a non-stick frying pan heat one tbsp olive oil on a medium heat. Once hot add the onion and cook on a low heat with a pinch of smoked salt. Cook for five mins until lightly translucent and golden. Then add the garlic and cook for one minute until the aroma is released.
Add the peas and cook through. Once everything is hot sprinkle with a little more salt, smoked oil and a generous amount of black pepper.
Serve on a large plate or bowl and top with kale, sour cream and your Udo's granola (oh and some Udo’s Oil for an added nutritional kick)
