Fats are essential to have in your diet, but not all fats are good for you. Try and reduce the number of saturated fats that you eat. Eat Less Salt

Studies have shown that people who have high salt diets suffer from more heart disease. This doesn’t mean that salt is the enemy. A little salt in your diet is actually essential. Get Your Five Or More A Day
