Contra-indications

Long term intakes of 50mg vitamin B6 may lead to mild tingling and numbness. Diabetics should consult their GP's before taking this product. BioCare B Complex is not suitable for use in pregnancy or if pregnancy is being planned. Not suitable for children under 12 years of age (See Junior B Complex for this age group).
