Why Am I Not Receiving Your Newsletters?

Please check your spam or junk folder. If it’s not there, mail from Inspired Health might be blocked. To ensure delivery, please add hello@inspiredhealth.co.uk to your contacts. If we’re landing in your spam or junk folder, just find it, open it and mark that it is “not spam.”.

How Do I Change My Email Address or Preferences?

At the bottom of every email we send you’ll have the option to “Manage Preferences.” Please use this option if you want to change any of your preferences of get emails delivered to a different email address.

What Forms Of Payment Do You Accept?

We accept all major debit/credit cards. We also accept payments via Paypal.

Do I Need An Account To Buy From Inspired Health?

You do not need an account to purchase anything from us, however it’s free to set one up and makes the check-out process faster. When you sign up you are able to:

  • Check out faster when making a purchase
  • Check the status of your current orders
  • View past orders
  • Make changes to your account information
  • Change your password
  • Save multiple shipping addresses

If you check out as a guest, all order confirmations and updates will be sent via email, but you will not be able to keep track of this information through the site.

Can I Track My Order?

We send some orders via Royal Mail and some via DPD. If there is a tracking option available, we’ll either send you an email or text message with it on.

Can I Amend Or Cancel M Order?

Nope. It’s just an easy way for you to replenish your supplements to enable you to maintain a consistent routine. As a reward for being a loyal customer we’re giving you 15% off your orders.

How Much Is Shipping?

No charge, all of our deliveries are free shipping.

When Will My Card Be Charged?

You can see this information under the Delivery Schedule section of your account. The Delivery Schedule date is the date when payment will be taken. The frequency of payments is therefore dictated by your delivery schedule.

You can modify your subscription plan in your account area at any time—just click on “Manage Subscriptions.”

Can I Change My Payment Method?

Yes, you can change your payment at any time in your account section.

How Do I Cancel My Subscription?

You can cancel your subscription right in your account area at any time.

Alternatively, you can email us at hello@inspiredhealth.co.uk and we’ll cancel it for you.

Depending on when you cancel, your next recurring payment may have already been processed.
