Golden Carrot Juice

A delightful and zingy juice with an omega 3 boost

METHOD

Prepare the fruit and veg by slicing lengthwise into roughly 2 cm thick strips. Juice the lemons together with the peel if they are organic, otherwise use a citrus juicer. Juice all the produce by feeding it a slice at a time through the chute. Mix in 1 tablespoon of Ultimate Oil Blend before serving if you wish. Drink immediately.
